About Well Being Dentistry

At Well Being Dentistry, we strive to deliver holistic, preventive, and comprehensive oral care to patients having their best interests in mind. Our doctors are highly dedicated and well-trained in advanced dentistry and have a minimally invasive care approach as physicians in oral medicine. They provide dental treatment with a focus on ensuring it has a positive impact on the patient’s oral health and overall well-being.

We treat our patients for their optimal wellness that stems from oral health by addressing the root causes of the manifestation of diseases in the mouth rather than chasing after the symptoms and only offering damage control. Sadly, this is typically the case with the tunnel vision provided by the traditional dentistry approach, such as simply removing diseased tooth structure and consequently shortening the life span of teeth instead of an approach focused on regeneration and restoration. Current research shows that the majority of oral manifestations of diseases, young or old, come from being unable to sufficiently breathe through one’s nose and having an obstruction in the airway, especially during sleep. Thus, we collaborate closely with ENT, allergy specialists, and sleep physicians to serve our patients better and help them breathe better, sleep better, and ultimately live better to their fullest potential.

Call us at (408) 244-0590 to learn how we can help you address any of your oral health issues to improve your quality of life today!

Live the present moment to the fullest!

This is Dr. Christina Pak’s motto in life, as she believes that the only influence you can have is not on the past nor on the future but only on the present moment.

With this guide, she has lived each day as if that is her last day on earth, doing her best in everything she does, from her pursuit of excellence in education and her passionate motherhood to four children while serving as a community leader and Sunday school teacher in her parish, and the establishment of Well Being Dentistry to be a center for whole-body approach, holistic oral medicine.

Since 2005, Dr. Pak has built a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who share her philosophy to offer a patient-centered care approach. She wholly believes in the power of Well Being Dentistry to positively impact her patients’ lives and her community through continual training, eco-friendly practices, and, above all, compassionate, whole-body dental wellness that treats the root causes, not just masking the symptoms of problems.

As much as she loves her career as a dentist, Dr. Pak also likes to go on mission trips to countries like Nicaragua to engage with other cultures and learn from them. Together with her husband, Mike, she cherishes the parenthood of raising four beautiful children: Nathan, James, Helen, and Paul. With immense support from her parents, who are first-generation immigrants from South Korea, Dr. Pak gives full credit to them for helping her “to have it all.”

As a travel enthusiast and adventurist, she likes to explore the whole world, appreciating different cultures, and she enjoys hiking with her family as she ponders upon life to live it to the fullest.
